Sun Suites - Istanbul

The room was clean and spacious - with a lounge area and plenty of cupboard space. The location was great - just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful quay with an open sea view and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were amazing - especially Ali the receptionist - who provided helpful information about transportation and tourist areas. The free breakfast served in the room was a nice touch.

This place was absolutely amazing! We couldn't believe how spacious the room was, and it had all the comforts we needed like Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. The location was perfect since it was walking distance to the train station and Kadikoy square. The staff was incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room for free. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities like a flat-screen TV. We were pleasantly surprised to have in-room breakfast provided free of charge. The 24-hour reception and security made us feel safe and secure. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was spacious, clean, and even had a cozy lounge area. The location was convenient, close to the commercial area and a short walk to the metro. The staff, especially Mr Faruk and his family, were really good too make us feel welcome and even surprised us with fresh fruit in the mornings.

Sun Suites is a great choice for a business trip. My director selected this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by its location in a vibrant shopping district. The convenience of being surrounded by shops, restaurants, and boutiques made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing all the necessary facilities for a productive stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing me to easily connect and get work done. The staff at Sun Suites were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Ali who kindly carried my luggage up and down the stairs since there was no elevator. my experience at Sun Suites was excellent, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul. Can't think of anything.

It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciate when a hotel takes the time to create a visually appealing environment that is also accessible and comfortable for people of all ages.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people would be a dedicated senior-friendly activity or social space. It would be wonderful to have a designated area where seniors could gather and enjoy each other's company, perhaps with comfortable seating and games or books available.

The rooms at Sun Suites were great! They had everything I needed, like air conditioning and separate sitting areas. I loved how cozy and comfortable they were. It felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the minibar in the room. I prefer to have my own snacks and drinks, so I didn't find it necessary.

The beds were very comfortable and the heating in the room was good. The room itself was spacious and had blackout curtains, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to amenities and convenient for traveling around the area.

The pillows were too firm and not very comfortable. the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when staying on higher floors.
